Michelle LeBlanc began her career as a clinical pharmacist in 1990. While it paid well, being a pharmacist, and approaching health and healing from the allopathic medicine approach, was never her passion. She realized how limiting and closed-minded that approach was very early in her career. Because of that, she's spent the past 30+ years immersing herself in learning numerous tools and modalities in the realm of holistic healing, psychology, mindset, neuroscience, stress management, nutrition, fitness, intuition, quantum physics as it relates to spirituality, etc. She also pursued a lot of topics which most people would consider to be new age and/or woo-woo. But because Michelle is also very left-brained, analytical, and logical, she approached it all through a scientist's lens. Those who know her best would describe her as a 'perfect dichotomy' - she loves being able to bridge the gap between science and spirituality.

Michelle struggled for years trying to FIGURE OUT how to make the Law of Attraction work for attracting more money. It seemed she could only get so far with it. And what would often happen if she managed to attract some extra money, she'd then get hit with some unexpected expense that would cost about the same amount of money she had just attracted, often within a very short period of time. So when she finally figured it all out and was able to pinpoint the exact piece she'd been missing, as well as how that piece related to everything else she knew, she couldn't wait to share it with the world. 

So she began her online business in early 2022, after going through a Quantum Energy Healing modality training in 2021. Initially, she was doing one-on-one healing sessions via Zoom. After doing sessions for a few months, she began to notice that most of the clients she was attracting to her business were struggling with similar underlying issues; issues that required a lot of the same tools and modalities she had also just figured out how to piece together in the correct order to make the Law of Attraction work for attracting more money. She then realized that she was basically tweaking the tools, depending on the issue. It was then that she knew that she was on to something. She immediately began outlining a program to teach those EXACT steps and tools. And hence, Money Magnet Formula was born. She later created Align-Heal-Thrive Academy, a membership designed to provide its members with all of the tools, resources, training, AND support required to help them ALIGN with the life they've always wanted, HEAL what's been blocking them, so they can THRIVE and live a joyful, soul-aligned life.
